To start, send us an email and share any reference images or ideas you have. Once received, we’ll review the details and follow up with any questions. If the project aligns, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.

The process includes: design sketches for your feedback, sourcing stones (if needed), and mock-ups for your approval before we craft the final piece in gold.
